Please take a moment to read about some of the changes you’ll see when you arrive at our taproom during NC's Phase 2 openings.
We’ve implemented policies and procedures that follow the guidance and restrictions recommended for customer and staff safety.
All parties will be greeted at a check in table at our entrance. A host will explain some of our new procedures, and will
guide you in opening a tab using the Arryved app. They will then seat you at a table. We ask that you please wait patiently
as we verify our occupancy and table availability. For your safety and comfort, if we are unable to seat you right away, we will
collect your party's name and phone number and text you when a table becomes available. For your comfort, and proper distancing,
we may need you to wait in your car until we notify you.
The host will seat you at a clean, sanitized table. If your party exceeds the limits of a table's seating, then your party may
be asked to sit at different tables. We cannot guarantee that those tables will be near each other.
Under no circumstances can our tables, indoor or outdoor, be moved as they are all spaced to ensure the required distancing
as required by the state.
We will be requiring all parties to remain at their tables, and seated. Please do not congregate or stand in the traffic
pathways, or around tables.
We will not be doing bar service at this time. Servers will come to your table to assist with ordering, and bring your items
to you, including to-go containers and merchandise.
Kids are welcome to be a part of your group but they must be seated with adults, remain at the table, and remain seated.
Children 10 or under must be accompanied to the bathroom by an adult.
All community games have been removed from the taproom, and the arcade games turned off.
You are welcome to bring in your own games.
Dogs are welcome but will be required to be kept on a leash and very close to your group's table. Please make sure your
dogs don’t make other customers uncomfortable or intrude in their space.
Our biggest ask of you, is that you please be patient with us.
Please be assured that we will be making every effort to provide all services as quickly as we can, but we will also be taking
the time to make sure we provide all services as safely as we can. This will result in slower service times than normal.
Also, please be considerate and understanding of our policies and our staff. If any of our guidelines and restrictions will
be upsetting to you, please wait until we are able to make updates based on state recommendations before visiting us.
